Ham and Spinach Egg Toasts
Quick and delicious, these ham and spinach egg toasts make a satisfying dinner in no time.
Ingredients
- 4 slices toast
- 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 4 slices ham, chopped
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Steps
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add chopped ham and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
