Cocoa Banana Strawberry Rice Bowl
This quick and delicious rice bowl combines cocoa with fresh fruits for a delightful dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice, leftover or fresh
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, adjust to taste
- 1 cup milk, or any plant-based milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar, optional for sweetness
Steps
- In a small pot, heat the cooked rice over low heat with the milk and cocoa powder, stirring until combined and warmed through.
- If using, add sugar to taste and mix well.
- Once the rice is hot, divide it into two bowls.
- Top each bowl with sliced banana and strawberries.
