Spinach and Ruccola Toast with Butter

Ingredients
- 4 slices of toast
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup fresh ruccola
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast the bread slices while the spinach cooks.
